i need help writing a story

I wanna make a harry potter or a bleach love story before and while in school and i need some one to help me.I want the story to be really long and me and this person get to name our characters and the person they fall in love with and if theyre dead but not really dead by the 25th chapter.i really need help cuz i have inspiration but i dont know how to put it together so please volunteer.
