- So that I'll have someone to love, and someone to love me in return
- To keep me company
- To train to do tricks and other neat things
- Because all my friends have them and they look like fun
- Actually, I'm not interested in having a pet at all!

- Half my day is free time! I spend a lot of time being bored and lonely.
- A couple of hours. It gives me a chance to relax for a while.
- I have a decent amount of free time, but I still find it hard to squeeze everything into my day.
- 15 minutes here and there. I'm usually pretty busy though.

- Great! I'd take them home almost every weekend just so that I could play with them
- Pretty good - I'd feed them when it was my turn and play with them occasionally
- I used to get into trouble because they distracted me from my school work!
- They kind-of stressed me out...I usually tried to get out of take-home weekends
- Uh...not so good. Most class pets died in my posession.
