Gen 7:2 says, "Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.
Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.
God told Noah to take seven pairs of certain animals NOT just two pairs of each.
you might want to read a little further. they had to take more than 2 of certain animals. they did have to eat you know.
If the whole earth was called Eden then how could Adam and Eve get kick out. This means that there must have been a border. The Charibem guarded the enterance which also means that it is one place ont the earth, not on the whole earth.
The Bible says, "And the LORD God planted a Garden eastward in Eden..." Gen 2:8 The Garden wasn't Eden it was PLANTED IN EDEN. Therefore Eden is the name God gave the Earth and He planted a Garden in the east of the Earth... In the east of Eden.
In this verse the very word "Garden" means "an enclosed area" so the enclosed area or Garden in the eastern part of Eden is where Adam and Eve lived and where they were banished from.
