If you didn't call yourself emo and you liked real emo bands then that would be awesome. Nobody is emo, don't be a poseur. Black Veil Brides are glam metal so don't even start on 'how emo they are' because they're a glam metal/metalcore band.
Your name/profile picture is also Gothic and MCR are alternative rock. Evanescence are nu-metal.
