Does anyone else ever read what they're typing or reading online out loud? I catch myself doing it sometimes and I can only hope I don't do it while in public... The outlook's not good, however, given the amount of times I've seen people staring at me oddly at Barnes and Noble's.
My sister mouths the words when she reads, if that counts. XD
I do that sometimes, too!
And I always use a RP English accent while doing this. In fact, whenever I talk to myself I do. Probably just another attempt to get myself my Hogwarts invitation.

I don't really have an opinion on the fifties, since I am far too young to have experienced it first-hand. Like every other decade, I'm sure it had its ups and downs. Some people likely experienced great joy in those years whereas others suffered, but once again, it's all dependent upon what happened during that time. Also, it was when the world was recovering from World War II, so many who lived through that probably liked it a great deal more than the previous decade.
I completely forgot about communism, though, in that last comment.
Ah well, I've always preferred Literature lessons over History. Also, I've been up for about twenty-four hours, so please excuse any idiocy on my part.

I've been trying to message a friend, and every time it says there's offensive language. -.- There's nothing offensive about Hunger Games roleplay, Quibby. Is there anyway you can send me a list of somethin' to tell me what's offensive and what's not on here? 0.0 It's never happened before. This is her first complaint ever on this site. ^_^
More often than not, when you can't find a clear offensive word in a message, it's a blocked 'workaround' people formerly tried to use instead of the offensive word itself. One of the trickier ones are if you have 'sleep' and 'with' directly beside one another.
Then again, I have run into the occasional glitch where there really are no offensive words or workarounds for them and I simply have to rewrite the message. Try copying and pasting what you wrote in a fresh message, as that's helped me.
I've rewritten the message several times. x3 And tried putting on here. It just doesn't let me. The only thing that was even said was the tribute drawing in the Hunger Games. And it won't let me. 0.0
Hmm, if you haven't already tried, would you mind sending a random message to your friend that has nothing to do with the topic? Even a bunch of random letters would probably due. Just want to check if it's every message you send to him/her/xir or if it really is some hidden inappropriate word in there.

It was causing quite a bit of confusion to some people looking for the official Quibblo profile, apparently; they hadn't known of the name change. The Kings decided to change it back to make it easier for users to remember. :)
