No, they didn't. These owners are new and took over the site a while ago. They have, however, improved it since then and will continue to do so in the next few months! Hurray!
How do you move a message to the archived messages thingy?

I doubt they'll delete. The new owners just took over; why would they delete? It would make no sense.

Is it possible to delete a story chapter? Beacuse on one of my storys chapter 2 is on there twice.
It isn't, unfortunately! However, it might have been suggested in, "What features should Quibblo add for Quibblonians?" If you'd like, you can see if it's in there and vote it up. If it is not in there, then it would be a wonderful suggestion!
I don't think so, but... you can move your chapters by I guess copy and pasting... but if you have quite a lot, I guess... it's best not to and just let it be. Or until Quibblo gets something for that, then yeah.
