About Me:	Ratna Sadal is a Reiki Master, Psychic Intuitive Healer, Ayurvedic Chef and Health Educator. She graduated Bachelors of Science in the field of Urban Public Health in January 2009. From 1996 till 2000, she learned in the ISCKON temple of Brooklyn, New York about the Satvic method of Ayurvedic cooking with the use of basic Ayurvedic spices and its relationship to soul consciousness and celibate yogi life-style. From 2005 till 2009, she participated as a Nutritional Health Educator to patients -with Heart Disease, Hypertension, Bad Cholesterol and Cardio Vascular Disease- in Community Health Outreach programs for New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. Further, Sadal participated with the Health Education Team HIV Screening for a non-for profit organization called ‘Care for the Homeless’ in New York while composing a curriculum to teach homeless about balanced nutrition and food safety within a Food-Stamp budget.
