But...i'm confused... In horse-riding, u just sit on a horse while it does all the work. That is a sport for the horse, but not u!
I will try to help you understand and be less confused then. When you ride, you work with a 1200 pound animal that you have to communicate with, an animal who doesn't understand words. You are controling yourself, as well as the horse. Saying riding is not a sport because the horse is doing the work is the equivalent to saying tennis is not a sport because the racket is hitting the ball.
Also, you have to not fall off. Besides, the entire time you're riding it, the horse is pummeling your backside.
