@AvisMarauder, in the first books of Harry Potter, it's very light and fun, mostly because it's all new both to us and to Harry, even though problems with the Sorcerer's Stone and the business with the Chamber of Secrets cropped up.
But fast forward to the end of the fourth book, and the fifth especially, the whole series takes a very 'dark' or more serious tone, something not quite as fun as before, though just as fascinating, just as captivating. That's how it's like reading Harry Potter.
err ok? I know, I've read the books a bunch of times... If we were talking or arguing about something, I don't remember sorry.
