Haters Back Off is returning to Netflix for its second season. It is a comedy series starring Colleen Ballinger. Her character, Miranda Sings, is a sheltered, self-absorbed, over confident and untalented young performer who seeks fame on YouTube. The first season followed Miranda from her first video uploaded to YouTube to when one of her videos goes viral.
One of Us (Netflix Original Documentary)
One of Us shows the struggles of Hasidic Jews trying to break away from the sect. This documentary fshows the dilemma that doubting members of the Hasidic community face in New York City, home to the world’s largest population of Jews outside of Israel.
You will get a rare peek into the world of ultra-Orthodox Jews via three young adults who are trying to leave the group. Each has their own personal struggles in addition to trying to break away from the religion.
Smurfs: The Lost Village
Smurfs: The Lost Village is a film based on The Smurfs comic book series. While the film was initially met with mixed reviews, it was widely considered an improvement on the previous movies in the Smurfs series.
This latest addition to The Smurfs stars Demi Lovato as the voice of Smurfette. Lovato also made our list of the Top 10 Songs, last week.

Wheelman is the story of a getaway driver for a bank robbery, who realizes he has been betrayed. He must figure out who has betrayed him before they have him killed. The film stars Frank Grillo, Garret Dillahunt, Caitlin Carmichael and Wendy Moniz.
This action filled movie is full of mystery and suspense, and Grillo’s driver character can trust no one, except his thirteen-year-old daughter.
Meet The Robinsons
Meet The Robinsons tells of a brilliant inventor named Lewis who meets a stranger with a time machine. They work together to track down Bowler Hat Guy in a showdown that ends with an unexpected twist of fate.
This film stars Angela Bassett, Daniel Hansen and Wesley Singerman.
While We’re Young
While We’re Young, starring Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts and Adam Driver, is a story about a young couple meeting a middle-aged couple and completely overturning their marriage and career. The film was named to the Top Ten Independent Films by the National Board of Review in 2015.
The Hateful Eight
The Hateful Eight is a 2015 revisionist Western film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. It stars Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell and Jennifer Jason Leigh, who are among eight strangers who are seeking shelter from a blizzard in the same stagecoach stopover shortly after the American Civil War.
The Hateful Eight was nominated for two academy awards, Best Supporting Actress and Best Cinematography.
The Final Master
The Final Master is a Chinese martial arts film, starring Fan Liao, Jia Song, and Winli Jiang. A martial arts master has to defeat 8 martial arts schools so he can open his own school and pass down his art to younger generations. However, in the process, he becomes caught in local power dynamics.
The film was awarded three Golden Horse Awards for Best Screenplay, Best Choreography and Best Supporting Actress.
