9 D&D Alignment Types
You are Chaotic Good! You favor change for the greater good, disdain anything that gets in the way of social improvement, and place a high value on personal freedom. Also known as the “beatific” or “rebel” alignment.
You are Neutral Good! You are guided by conscience and typically act altruistically, without regard for rules or regulations. A doctor that treats soldiers from both sides of a battle would be one example of a neutral good person. It is also known as the “benefactor” alignment.
You are Lawful Good! You generally act with compassion, honor, and a sense of duty. A lawful good country would be a well-organized government that worked for the benefit of it’s citizens. It is also known as the “saintly” or “crusader” alignment.
You are Chaotic Evil! You have no respect for rules, other people’s lives, or anything but your own selfish desires. You typically behave yourself only out of fear of punishment. Also known as the “destroyer” or “demonic” alignment.
You are Neutral Evil! You are typically selfish and have no problems turning on your allies, spur-of-the-moment. You have no problems harming others to get what you want, but you won’t go out of your way to do so. Also known as the “malefactor” alignment.
You are Lawful Evil! Though you typically obey your superiors and keep your word, you care nothing for the rights or freedoms of others. Examples of this alignment include tyrants, devils, and organized criminals. Also referred to as the “dominator” or “diabolic” alignment.
You are Chaotic Neutral! You are an individualist who follows your own heart and ignores rules and traditions. Also known as the “anarchist” or “free-spirit” alignment.
You are Neutral! You likely don’t feel a strong pull toward order, chaos, good, or evil, but are indifferent toward any alignment. Or, you may simply be committed to a balance between alignments, believing them to be dangerous extremes. Also known as the “undecided” or “nature’s” alignment.
You are Lawful Neutral! You believe strongly in Lawful concepts such as honor, order, rules, and tradition, and may follow a personal code. You are more or less neutral with regard to good and evil. This is not to say that you are amoral, but that your moral considerations come second to what your law, code, or tradition dictates. Also known as the “judge” or “disciplined” alignment.
