Push ups. I can't swim for sht. 2 pools and my muscles scream already. Not used to swim :<
I used to go hiking every day when I lived in Colorado, and I loved every minute of it!!! But now that I moved to Texas, it's too hot to do anything, but walking is still my favorite way to exercise.
