If your excuse to not be healthy is not liking fruits, veggies, or exercise, then you'll never be healthy. Murderous_Rampage_Time: Completely unnecessary. That's just wrong. Sarajones, yes, that is overweight. I know that it can be hard to accept, but why not trying some low-fat granola bars or something? Trade one of the more unhealthy things that you eat for a FRUIT smoothie, and you will feel a lot better. Join a fun sport, like dance, swimming, ice skating, basketball... anything where you get up and active will make a difference. Be strong, and don't let anyone put you down.

im not fat though! im only 219 pounds in weight and i am 10. anyway i hate fruit/vegetables. also exercising is too hard. i get tired and have to rest after walking a few meters.
