Do no exercise and eat the most sugar filled food (e.g cake a tub of icecream etc) and go to fast food places like maccas or dominos drink a lot of any thing that is not water coz water can help weight loss drink something like milk or ice coffee and drink as much as u can coz that helps fill up the belly
Get a whole bunch of fatty food and lay in your bed and eat all of the food in one sitting and don’t do any exercise
Keep snacking and eating no matter what you're doing just never leave your belly not full just keep popping buttons and eat and eat and eat tons before sleeping
Be willing to overeat and stuff yourself, especially at all-you-can-eat locations. Be able to ignore criticism and show your fat proudly. Keep lots of snack foods on hand and never get to the point of being truly hungry without eating something deserving fattening. Lastly, consciously make fattening choices at every opportunity.

eat all your fatty foods before you drink high calroie soda because the gas in it makes you fuller quicker, and you want as much eating time as possible. always be full to burst and as soon as your not, make sure you eat more!!
Congratulations on starting your journey as a gainer ^.^ I remember when I began 2 years ago... Anyways, to gain weight forget don't think about how much sugar you eat, think about how many carbs you eat. Eat lots of junk food and rich, fatty things. To trick your body to store food as fat, don't eat for a day then stuff yourself silly. Oh, and eat a lot before you go to sleep. Never not be full! Always feel like your going to pop, and have lots of food at hand.
