Honestly, whenever I'm done it really makes me happy to make or see someone else who is happy. Like doing good deeds cheers me up. But other than that I like to listen to music,talk to my friends, or read and write.
Petting my cats, listening to music that's cheerful and uplifting, getting updates from my favorite YouTubers, eating yummy food, and spending some time with God.
Music, nostalgia, and talking to (or texting) a friend.
Writing and reading take me away from whatever it is I'm down about.
Music helps me express this emotion, therefore helping me get over it.
I dunno...I do different things depending on the reason why I'm so down.
Chatting with my friends, listening to music, watching videos on YouTube, reading people's feedback and compliments for the quizzes and stories I post on Quibblo and collecting sea shells along the beach (I seldom do).
