I make coffee. I feel like preparing to do something instead of diving in helps me focus more on the task.
I listen to music in order to focus, but if there's no music... then I hum to myself :)
I sing very terribly under my breath. It's a strange process, but it works.
I give all devices, books and other distractions to my parents who hide them and sit totally alone in my room.

it sounds really weird but I have to be wearing my wolf necklace, something like a braclet or hair tie on both wrists and something around my ankles.
Listen to music with no words or kids music, so I don't focus on the words
