idk... i use some type of mineral makeup (idk exactly what kind) and my skin is somewhat sensitive...
Buy non-scented products (as the comment before mine said), not many people know, but there are tons of chemicals in fragrance and there are a bunch of them that companies are able to sneak in their products under "fragrance" in the ingredient label.
As far as make-up though, I would stay away from heavy foundation and concealer and possibly use the liquid versions of the products if you can.
Look for hypoallergenic products that don't contain harsh chemicals. Any products you use should be fragrance free, as the fragrance is a common irritant. You should probably use a moisturizer before you apply your makeup, and Almay is a good product. And if you really want pro stuff, you could go to a clinique or clarins outlet. They usually suggest good face products that will work with your skin. But it's not too cheap. Hope this helped!
