a half is 0.5 and there are 60 of the 0.5 in 30 XD then add ten is 70

how can it be 1 hr for # 4 if u take 1 pill/half hour youd get 1 hr=3pillsX 30 minutes=90minuts which is 1.5 hrs arnt i supposed to be correct
