Maybe every day. Why would I keep track?
Well, maybe if my team was one point down, there were five seconds left in OT, and I was at the 1 yard line, and then I was tackled at like two inches away from the endzone, THEN I would cry.
To cry is to utter inarticulate sounds, especially of lamentation, grief, or suffering, usually with tears.
Well, if something sad happened, then I would cry. But I don't keep track, and I don't cry a lot.
On the outside? Every day or so. One the inside? Every minute.

Well, you see, last week I cried becasue there was this really cute pair of jeans at Hollister, and Debbie Nawrocki was in the store with me, and we're both a size zero, and it turns out that it was last size zero on the rack, and Debbie is on the track team, so she totally ran and grabbed it before I could , and then later I had to go to the game without a new pair of jeans, and it was even worse because . . .
Yesterday, I shed a tear for the wastefulness of our generation.
