"Hey, Valeri! Do you have all your stuff ready for Hogwarts," Lucius Malfoy, who is my uncle, and Draco's dad, called to me.
"Yeah, I do," I called back.
I carried my stuff, a long with my new owl, named Tybalt, down from my room to where Draco, Narciss, and Lucius were waiting for me.
Then we gathered all our stuff, and made our way to Kings Cross Station to board the train to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Draco and I were both in Slytherin there.
When we got to the Hogwarts Express, Draco and I bordered the train. We went to sit by a couple of our friends in Slytherin. We passed a compartment, and I noticed my old friend, Hermione Granger, from Gryffindor. She is one of the best friends of Harry Potter, who is my ex-boyfriend. We broke up over the fact that Harry didn't believe that I was a PureBlood, he only thought I had made the whole thing up just so I could be friends with Draco again.
I peaked into the compartment quickly, and noticed the absent of Harry and his other best friend Ron Weasley. "Hey Hermione. Where's Harry?" I asked casually.
"Oh, I don't know. He's supposed to be here by now. Ron too. Shouldn't you be getting back to Malfoy?" she asked nicely.
"Yeah, probably. See you later Granger," I said.
Hermione just smiled as I exited the compartment, and caught up to Draco.
"What was that about?" he asked.
"Nothing important, just asking Granger a question," I said casually.
"You are too nice sometimes," Draco commented.
"So, what's wrong with being nice. Granger may be a MudBlood, but she's still my friend, and there's nothing you can do about it, ok Draco," I said defensively.
"She's a MudBlood, that's what's wrong. Do you want anyone going and calling you a BloodTraitor because you're hanging with MudBloods? BloodTraitors don't belong in Slytherins Valeri. You'll be booted from the Common Room again, and this time you won't have Gryffindor to keep you happy. You'll have no Common Room, so watch who you hang with, ok Valeri."
"Ok Draco. I won't hang with MudBloods like Granger, ok?" I asked.
"Perfect, that's just perfect Valeri," Draco said.
From then on, I knew not to be seen hanging with Hermione because she was a MudBlood, which was also a mean term for someone that is Muggle-Born. A Muggle is a non-magical person, and very despised by PureBloods that weren't BloodTraitors, and there was no way I was going to become a BloodTraitor.
