Chapter 2

Surprise surprise

First things first, I hate surprises, almost as much as dogs hate fireworks. So, when Professor Dumbledore announced that we will have a "Battle of Hogwarts" type thing, I wasn't the happiest Weasley cousin, not one bit. I was towards the end of the Gryffindor table, sitting next to Seamus Finnigan who found out about the Slytherin/Gryffindor romance, as he calls it. He blackmailed me by saying if I didn't hang out with him and his friends, he would tell the whole school.

"Great, this is the best news in the world!" I hiss sarcastically. But then Seamus and Dean exchanged a look of worry as they remembered that I was a Metamorphmagus, knowing that I had the upper hand.

"Um, Fay, you know you have given the girls an upper hand on this." Seamus muttered as we all stood up. I looked towards the Slytherin table where Draco sat, alone.

"Uh, Seamus, I'll be right back." I whisper before walking over to Draco.

"Draco, are you alright?" I questioned him as I plopped down next him. He looked up, surprised.

"Oh, hi Fay. I've heard some very interesting rumors. Do you dub them true?" I smiled at him.

"What do you think?" I whispered as I leaned in and kissed him.

"I say that they are very true." He laughed. I pulled him up as the teachers started to shoo us away. I dragged him into the hallway and gave him a goodnight kiss before going to the Gryffindor Tower. I whispered the password, but as soon as the portrait was open, I was dragged inside by Harry and Ron.

"What the heck?!" I screamed in Ron's face.

"So glad your mood swing week is coming to an end, at least, 'till next month." Ron remarked, ignoring me.

"Shove it or it'll last all year, but only aimed at you." I smirked at him. Harry dragged me to the couch, apparently we were going to have a talk.

"What's up with you lately Fay? You've been hanging out with Malfoy and Finnigan too much." Harry said as starters.

"I'm not allowed to hang out with whom I choose anymore? Guess the worlds coming to an end if I can't decide whom I choose to date." I hiss as I make my way to my dormitory.
