Sometimes Bad Things Happen to Good People (a Draco Malfoy Love Story)
Hey guys! For the last couple nights I've been up 'til around 3 in the morning just reading Draco Malfoy love stories, so I decided that I'd make my own!
I just wanted to because I want the story to go my way, not someone elses.
This belongs to me, Ivana, and no one else!
This is my ninth story on Quibblo! ;)
Year: Going into her 6th
Eyes: Meduim brown
Hair: Dark brown, wavy, mid-back
Skin: Caramel color (she's mixed with Caucasian and African-American)
Body: Extremely curvy
Height: 5' 5(1/2)"
Amy is a transfer student from Chicago, Illinois (in America). She always knew she was a witch; she even went to a private wizarding school in America, and she knows about just as much as Hermione when it comes to spells and such.
But now she's going to Hogwarts because her parents said that it wasn't safe for them to be in Chicago anymore. So they moved over to London, England. And by the way, she's muggle born.

"Mom, hurry up! I don't want to miss the train!" I shouted at my mom as I did my best to weave through all the hustlle and bustle of Kings Cross Station.
Today was finally the day I get to go to my new school, Hogwarts.
I've been anticipating it ever since we arrived in England, and now the day has finally come.
"I think this is where I'm supposed to be ." I told my mom as we stopped right in front of the pillar for platforms nine and ten. I looked at the ticket in my hand, Platform 9 3/4 it read. Just then a girl with frizzy brown hair strolled right past me and literally into the wall.
'It couldn't hurt to try.....' I thought to myself.
"C'mon Mom!" I said, taking her by the wrist and pulling her with me. I shut my eyes as we walked through the brick wall with ease. I smiled in accomplishment.
The train blew its whistle loudly, announcing that there was only five minutes left until the depart.
I quickly turned around to face my sad looking mother, I embraced her tightly as she did the same to me.
"Oh, I'm going to miss you so much! Make sure to write to me every week." she said.
"I will, and I'll miss you too."
"Alright, you should go. Remember, Dad and I love you."
"Love you guys too." I said, unwillingly pulling back. I grabbed all of my things off of my cart and looked at the train.
Hogwarts Express it read in large, gold print.
I sighed once and glanced back at my mom, who gave me an encouraging smile. I headed towards the steps of the train and boarded it.
When I was on I noticed that we were pulling out of the station slowly,I peered out of the nearest window and waved to my mom until she was out of sight. When she was completely gone I walked down the halls to find a compartment.
After a minute or two of searching around, I settled on a compartment with only three people, I slid open the door, "can I sit with you guys? I think everywhere else is full." I said with a sheepish smile on my face.
"Sure." a girl with wavy, white blonde hair said.
"Thank you." I said as I quickly put my stuff overhead and sat down.
"I don't think I've ever seen you hear before, are you new?" the blonde girl asked me.
I nodded, "yeah, I just transfered over here from America." I said.
"That explains your accent." the same girl said with a small smile on her lips.
"So what year are you going into?" a girl with poofy brown hair asked me, I think she was the one I saw on the platform.
"My sixth." I replied.
"Oh, so are we!" she said, gesturing to a red haired boy and herself, "what's your name?"
"I'm Amelia Ryder, but you guys can call me Amy." I said smiling.
"Oh that's a pretty name. Well I'm Hermione Granger, that's Ron Weasley, and that's Luna Lovegood." she said, pointing everyone out. They all smiled warmly at me.
"There's also one more person we were all friends with....... Harry Potter..... you may have heard of him?" the boy, Ron, asked me.
"No, sorry." I said, feeling stupid.
"Well, you'll learn soon enough." Hermione said; whatever that ment.
"Actually Hermione, I heard Harry say he was going over to the Slytherins' compartments to go mess with Malfoy, so he should be back fairly soon." Luna told her. I must've had a really confused look on my face because Hermione automatically started explaining.
"The four houses, Gryffindor, which Ron, Harry, and I are in; Ravenclaw, where Luna is; Hufflepuff, and Slytherin. That's the house Malfoy is in, and trust me, that is not a place you'd want to be." she finished, then she pulled something out of her handbag. It appeared to be a book, "here, you can have this. I've read it a thousand times. It can teach you a lot about the school." she said smiling.
I looked at the cover, it read, Hogwarts, A History.
"Oh, thanks Hermione." I said smiling, "but I do have one more question."
"Ask away." she replied.
"Who's Malfoy? You guys keep metioning him, but I don't have a clue who you're talking about."
Her smile instantly went into a grimace, and before she got the chance to explain, Ron butted in, "Draco Malfoy is a very mean member of the Slytherin house. Also, one of the most cruelest, vialist, dispicable, ugliest people to ever walk the planet." Ron sneered. My eyes widen, "well let's all keep our fingers crossed that I get Gryffindor." I said softly.
(A/N: Are you guys liking my story so far? I think it's starting off pretty well. And I promise Draco will be in chapter 2 or 3. But yeah, so I bet all you Harry Potter fans are glad I'm doing a story like this instead of my usual Twilight, lol. So anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know that in this story, I might make a reference to Voldemort, but I don't like fighting in my love stories because it is a LOVE story, so there shouldn't be very much evil. But yeah, so don't expect Drcao to be trying to fix the Vanishing cabinet or whatever in this story, and nobody is gonna die. This is a love story, so I'm going to focus on LOVE. Get it? Got it? Good :D. Anyways, comment, rate, favorite, FR please!)
