Wanna Know How I Got These Scars? (based off of an insane dream I had, will someday most likely be a FIR fan fiction.)

This is probably going to disturb some people, also probably eventually going to turn it's pretty little self into a Falling in Reverse fan fiction, since they were in the dream I had. (Yes, I dream about the bands I listen to. Quite frequently in fact. Don't judge me.)

Anywhore (totally stole that word from sarahozment! Who, btw is one of my favorite people ever, and a character in this!) this is a very weird story, because it's based on a very weird dream. My brain is a messed up place. .-.

Chapter 1

But, Quibblo dear, I don't want to enter a chapter title.... Meanie. D:

Here, have a picture of the main character: http://www.quibblo.com/user/kangaroogurl/photoalbum/2153272?page=1&per_page=9 I'm using real people this time, because... I have no reason, other than that I decided not to use anime pictures for this one. O.o One more thing, I decided Imma use the same names that sarahozment used for her BVB story.

I lied, one more author's note. The main character is supposedly me, but I changed the hair. The way she has hers is the way I wish mine was. But my school doesn't allow crazy colors. -__-

I woke up to the sound of Ronnie Radke's voice about six inches from my ear.

(There. Now that I've given all you fellow Ronnie fangirls a heart attack, on with the stroy.)

Dang it, I forgot to turn my phone of before I went to bed. My ringtone, which just so happens to be "I'm Not A Vampire" by Falling in Reverse, demanded attention. I groaned, rolling over and gripping the phone, my fingers scrabbling over the pink-and-black rhinestone case. I brought the phone to my ear.

"Ho, this better be the most important thing you have ever told me to wake me up at-" I glanced at the clock. "- eight am on a Saturday."

"It's today!" My younger sister, Sarah, squealed into my ear. The two of us are a year apart (I'm 26 and she's 25), and have been best friends pretty much our whole lives.

(If you wanna see a picture of Sarah, click here: http://www.quibblo.com/user/kangaroogurl/photoalbum/2153236?page=1&per_page=9 )

"Sam!" Sarah was so perky, that I knew she'd already had at least four cups of coffee, with lots of sugar. "We're going to see Falling in freaking Reverse in concert today!" Her enthusiasm was contagious. I couldn't help grinning, even though I was exhausted.

"I know, and I am super excited, trust me." I yawned. "But if I'm expected to drive us to Atlanta for the show, I need at least another hour of sleep."

"Okay." Sarah giggled into the phone, and I heard her slurp what had to have been coffee. "Be here by 2:00 so we have plenty of time to get there."

"Will do." I hung up, placing the phone on my nightstand.

I started listening to Falling in Reverse only a few months ago, after Sarah introduced me to them. But they quickly became my favorite band. Their songs were just so amazing, and my neighbors had complained multiple times that I blasted them too loud.

As I lay in bed, my mind wandered to darker times. You see, about nine years ago, my mom died. She was the sweetest person ever, and had been fighting cancer for four years when she passed. I was 17. When mom died, me and Sarah were left alone with our dad.

My father is not the nicest person in the world. He has a few mental disorders (like bipolar, anger issues, and some weird personality disorder that makes him unpredictable and moody), and after mom died, he was also depressed. He took his emotions out on us, and we did the only thing we could. We ran away.

I wasn't a legal adult yet, which made things way harder. I was able to get a job, but it wasn't enough. One thing led to another, and I ended up joining a gang.

I know what you're thinking: But Sam, only ghetto people join gangs! Not so. There were lots of members like me: kids with nowhere else to go. I managed to keep Sarah out of it, but I ended up in deep. Really deep. I even started dating my "boss", Deuce, which was probably the stupidest thing I've ever done. But he was so good to me, and always made sure that my sister and I were taken care of. We were together for three and a half years, and for a while I honestly wanted to spend my whole life with him.

Then I got a horrible, sick wake up call. I was 22. My best friend, Alicia, who was also a member in a situation very similar to mine, was shot and killed in a turf war with another gang. A stupid, meaningless squabble ended my friends life.

That was when I knew I had to get out. I broke it off with Deuce, told him I needed to get away from the Blades (that's what our gang was called). I took my stuff and sold my car. I got a new one with a new license number, and drove until I had traveled from California to Georgia. I started dying my hair crazy colors. I found a small town, rented an apartment, and settled in. I even got a job at a local record store.

I shook my head, pulling free of my memories. Thinking about the past never did me any good. The future was what I needed to constantly be focused on. The very near future, where Sarah and I would be going to see my favorite band in concert!

At 1:55 I was knocking on Sarah's apartment door. I had my hair all straightened and stuff, my makeup on (I love soft pink lipstick with heavier, dark eye makeup), and was wearing skinny jeans that were half black and half a red-and-black checkered pattern, my black converse high tops, a red tank top, and a black hooded jacket, plus all of my many music bracelets- 12 total, 3 of which are FIR-realated.

"Sam!" Sarah threw her arms around me. "Are you as excited about this concert as I am?!"

"Is the Charlie the Unicorn the Banana King?" I grinned. I love our insane conversations. We both giggled as I entered and looked over my sister's outfit.

Sarah was wearing purple skinny jeans, a black Falling in Reverse T shirt, black ballet flats and all her bracelets: she has even more than I do! She grabbed her bag, and after one last fangirl squeal, we headed out to the car.

It was around 8:00 pm when the concert started. We had done some shopping and gotten dinner, had arrived at the Georgia Dome, and had fought our way to the front, right by the stage. We gripped each others arms as the moment of awesomeness approached.

As the first notes of "The Drug in Me Is You" started, we screamed along with the rest of the crowd. Sarah jumped around and waved her hands in the air, and I started headbanging, both of us singing along at the top of our lungs.

The concert was pure epicness. I think I died about twenty times per song. When it was over, I took a deep breath and turned to Sarah. I screamed something along the lines of: "OHMYFREAKINGGOSHTHATWASTHEBESTTHINGTHATEVERHAPPENEDOMGICAN'THANDLETHIS."

She screamed an equally loud and crazy agreement back at me, and we burst into giggles. I really do love my little sister.

"I have to pee SO FREAKING BAD." I exclaimed between laughing fits. I am known for having a bladder the size of a squirrel's.

Sarah nodded. "I'm gonna go get in line for the signing over there, okay?" I nodded and ran in the direction of the "bathrooms"- that is to say, the rows of PortaPotties. I hate PortaPotties, but when you gotta go, you gotta go.

I was just passing the back stage area when someone knocked me to the ground, landing on top of me.

"Omg, I'm so sorry. I'm such a klutz." I apologized and tried to get up, but the person held me down. Another person stepped out of the shadows and held down my other side.

"Umm... wha-what's going on h-here?" I asked frantically, my heart fluttering like a frightened bird.

"So... this is the legendary Sam Clarke." A man stepped out of the shadows. He pulled down the collar of his white workout tank to show his tattoo- an image of a switchblade soaked in blood. I gasped. I knew that image.

It was the symbol of the Blades. All the gang's higher ups had it tattooed somewhere on their bodies. Mine was on the back of my left shoulder, although after I left the gang I had a pair of black angel wings added behind the knife, sort of symbolizing me leaving the gang and living as an honest citizen. It was the only tattoo I had.

"You thought you could escape the Blades? Well guess what b****? We caught you."
