but im always hungry. anyway, walking is too hard. i tried walking as far as i could and i managed about 30 feet before i had to rest.
You should start easy, don't do anything you don't think you can handle. But you will have to push yourself a little to start losing weight. You could start by eating only when you're hungry, and when you do eat put down the chips and pick up a yogurt or something. But rememeber, to much of a good thing can be bad for you.
Also, when you feel like eating when you know you shouldn't be, take a popsicle and go walk around the block while you lick it. It's summer! It's the perfect time to be out
Okay, not to be rude or anything, but that's a very unhealthy weight for your age. You're at risk for many health issues right now, and it is comletely unsafe. Especially about what you described about the stairs. Most girls your age can run about 1/4 mile before getting winded.
And just for comparisons sake I'm just letting you know, I'm the same age, 5'7", and weigh about 135-140 pounds. Just saying.....
