It depends on height. It's possible to be fat and healthy but only a doctor knows. I am A TALL SKINNY GUY. Awhile back, I was EVEN SKINNIER!!! I weighed A MEASLY 125 LBS at 6-ft-1 when I engaged in a weightlifting challenge with A SHORT FAT GIRL. She weighed A MASSIVE 190 LBS at 4-ft-11 She was WAY BIGGER THAN ME even though I was WAY TALLER THAN HER. She lifted A BIG HEAVY BARBELL over her head. I tried to lift that same BIG HEAVY BARBELL over my head. I couldn't do it (I WAS WAY TOO SKINNY!!!)
Jewlia don't be a cow! And same with electricpenguin! Don't listen to them! Their being unsensitive! I agree with the gum and try not to eat super sugary kind! Also instead of joining a sport you could always just buy rollerblades! Those are fun and they are exercise but not to much! Also don't push yourself immediately! Slowly build up and eat healthy foods! Try not to buy the bad stuff!

If your hungrey all the time try chewing gum, it helped me when i had that problem and try out a sport that sounds like fun and stick with it(:
try walking up and down your driveway once.
The next day, do it twice.
The next day, thrice.
you should also try sports. they are fun and you wont think about the exercise. you should try walking around the park, too.
Like I said, you're gonna have to push yourself, because if you don't, you won't get anywhere. And if you tell you're parents how you feel they can actually get you some pills so you won't be so hungry all the time. I'm not sure what they're called though. Also, ask your doctor what he/she recommends that you do.
