Weight gain!

Usually I am very sporty and my stomach is flat. I tend to eat quite a few snacks and fatty foods but the sports keep the weight off.
But recently have had loads of exams and haven't been able to do any of my usual exercise. Have gained a bit of weight over the past month or so. About 6kg the last time I checked. Belly feels soft and jiggles a little. In the picture I am wearing my size 4 (US) jeans. They are very snug and takes a bit of struggle to close them. Bit of a muffin top.
